Who is Auntie for?

Auntie is a service that promotes mental well-being at work. The service is intended for organisations that consider the mental well-being of their personnel important. At the level of individuals, Auntie is a service for those who want to invest in their mental well-being before challenges turn into crises. Auntie is a service that organisations offer to their employees.

How many meetings does a package consist of?

Each Auntie package consists of five 45 minute video meetings with an Auntie professional. Some organisations may offer a few discretionary additional packages.

How can I become a client of Auntie?

Please ask your HR-department or your manager if your employer offers Auntie services to the employees.

What information related to the use of Auntie will be disclosed to the employer?

All sessions are 100 % confidential. Some organisations offer Auntie with full anonymity, while other organisations let the employer know the units and/or names of the service users. Some, though very few, organisations require an approval from the manager or HR.

Who are Auntie professionals?

All Auntie professionals are trained mental well-being professionals: psychologists, brief therapists and solution-focused therapists.

Who will be my Auntie-professional?

Auntie will select the professional suitable for you based on your choice of package and/or the answers to the preliminary survey.

Can I change my Auntie professional even if the package is already ongoing?

On some rare occasions, the match between the client and the Auntie professional is not ideal. In such cases, you can contact Auntie and we will find you another professional.

My employer does not offer Auntie services, what can I do?

Please contact us and we will do our best that Auntie will be available to your organisations employees in the future.
